From it’s humble beginnings in a small arcade on Teall ave to some the the most prestigious venues in central New York, Quikk Fixx never ceases to amaze, shock and produce a smile on every face that enters it’s door.

His unique style of Techno, Trance & House has made him an icon in the industry. Gonzo has played at festivals such as 1997′s “lollapalooza” then In 1999 at “Woodstock”. 14 years later & Gonzo still embodies the same energy that compels people to move on dance floor’s where ever he plays.

Kenny Ken started DJing back in 1989, before that he was workin as a ticket collector and railman on the London Underground. He got into playing music by going to the early warehouse parties like, Genesis, Sunrise, Biology, Energy and so on. It was while going to these all night parties and then having to go straight to work that he decided to try being a DJ. He bought himself a set of Technics and started to practice. He started playing regular on the radio on a pirate station called Centerforce but left after about a year and moved to Dance FM along with DJs like Mr C and Rob Atkinson. He had his own show on rotation which he really enjoyed doing because he had a lot of listeners. Today he’s still playin out nearly every week and concentrating a lot on studio work. With access to original materal and some of the sickest dubs known to man Kenny Ken will rock Syracuse to the mix&blen sound!

One of the UK’s finest DJ/Producers and one of the founders of Formation Records, DJ SS aka Leroy Small is an original breakbeat pioneer who has made an immense contribution to today’s drum & bass sound. SS is one of the very select DJ / Producers who has been there right from the start, due to the hard work and dedication that he puts into his music. When the hardcore scene exploded SS was there and hasn’t looked back. Today SS spends most of his time producing in the studio and travelling all over the world to DJ. His travels have taken him throughout Europe, Australia, Canada, the United States of America and Japan. Syracuse, get ready, this the world of Drum and Bass.. Get ready.

His latest successes on Beatports “Top Download” charts are a testament that his music is being recognized by listeners all over the world, with multiple releases hitting number 1 on Beatport for extended periods of time. It is very well possible that he has been the first dubstep artist to ever hold 5 out of the top 10 best selling tunes at once on Beatport. With the Rottun Recordings label behind him, he has been hard at work on many tunes, collaborations, and remixes for some of the biggest names in the world. In a genre with increasing popularity, he continues to devote his time and energy into pioneering a distinct sound that will transform it to the next level, and set him above the rest. He has demonstrated his skills time and time again to packed audiences, on each occasion leaving them in a state of disbelief. Datsik is going to be big this year!

We figured it would be only fitting to mske this happen for Milkdud as he is the only dj to spin all ten years of Quikk Fixx.. As for his tag partner, though known for his Insane high energy House sets, Donald is a huge dnb fan and mentioned to us that though he keeps current but hasn’t been booked to play dnb since early career. Now it’s time to unleash the high energy of both of these artists and Drum and Bass will never be the same.

Hoogs is no rookie in drum and bass. Started DJing parties in 1997 and producing in 2002. He throws events in upstate New York, guest MCs, and stays very versatile in the drum and bass community. Mostly known for being a crowd pleaser; DJ Hoogs comes with the most upfront selection. He mixes a blend of unreleased dubs with a few crowd favorites in a high energy performance. Hoogs is a co-founder of the well known drum and bass group St8cyde Jump Up. He has releases scheduled on Digital Terror, Finebeats, Dirty Digital, Dutty Dubplates, Dreadnought Digital, and Sound Solution in the year 2010.

His mixes and live sets can easily contain literally thousands of samples all composed and remixed to create a listening experience that is unpredictable yet undeniably funky. Silas has within the past decade become most recognized for his Drum n bass sets but has more recently adopted an approach that transcends genres where a single set can take you on a journey through the worlds of drum n bass, electro, B-More house, fidget, dub-step, hip-hop, 80′s pop and any and all styles imaginable all without skipping a beat. Silas’s original style of mixing never becomes repetative or boring and creates a vibe of excitement and anticipatition.

NathanCipher is probably the second-most hated man in the CNY EDM scene, surpassed only by the notorious BFSHM. If he were to write a bio about himself in the third person while pretending he was important or cool enough to have material for a bio it would sound a lot like this one. He is currently typing a bio on the internet for people to not bother to read in 4pt text on the back of a glossy rave flyer. He expects he will finish this project for release right about NOW.

Disko & v0ins have been infecting dance floors with explosive sounds since early 2007, yet have well over 15 years experience behind the decks between the two of them. Growing up in a small town together they have been going against the grain from the beginning. Pushing the envelope and bending the boundaries of their sound into a unique style not heard anywhere else. Only to be described as dirty, crunchy, heavy techno. Though there style can range from minimal to acid techno, they maintain consistent driving energy throughout their sets. As their musical careers continue to advance, they have already blown up dance floors in Canada, Miami, Burlington, Rochester, Buffalo, Binghamton, Albany, and most commonly Syracuse. Working their way into music production keep an eye out for original tracks by Disko & v0ins, as they continue pushing the sounds of techno.
